Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Edge Audit Affiliate Program ("Program"). By registering as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Program Overview

Edge Audit offers a revenue-sharing program that allows approved affiliates ("you" or "Affiliate") to earn recurring commission by referring new paying customers to Edge Audit ("Company," "we," "us"). The Program is administered via our third-party affiliate management platform, Rewardful.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must have a valid PayPal account or bank account capable of receiving international transfers.
• You may not self-refer or attempt to claim commission on your own subscription.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Edge Audit are not eligible.

3. Commission Structure

• Rate: 20% recurring commission on every successful payment made by a referred customer.
• Duration: Commission is paid for the lifetime of the referred customer's subscription, as long as this Agreement remains in effect.
• Attribution: Referrals are tracked via a unique affiliate link with a 30-day cookie window. The last-click attribution model applies.
• Eligible plans: Commission is earned on Pro and Elite plan payments (monthly and annual). Free plan signups do not generate commission until the user upgrades to a paid plan.

4. Commission Earning Date & Refund Period

Commissions are not considered earned until 60 days after the referred customer's payment is processed. This 60-day holding period exists to allow time for refund requests, chargebacks, and fraud review. Any commission arising from a payment that is subsequently refunded, charged back, or reversed within the 60-day window will not be paid and will be deducted from any pending balance. Commissions that have cleared the 60-day period are considered final and eligible for payout at the next regular cycle.

5. Payouts

• Payouts are processed monthly, typically within the first 10 business days of the calendar month.
• A minimum balance of $50 USD is required to trigger a payout. Balances below this threshold roll over to the following month.
• Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer. You are responsible for any applicable transaction fees charged by your payment provider.
• Commission earned from referrals who subsequently cancel or receive a refund will be reversed.
• Edge Audit reserves the right to withhold payment pending fraud review.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use paid search advertising that targets Edge Audit's branded keywords (e.g., "Edge Audit") without prior written approval.
• Create websites, social profiles, or content that could be mistaken for official Edge Audit properties.
• Engage in spam, unsolicited email, or any form of misleading marketing.
• Make false or exaggerated claims about Edge Audit's products or guarantees of profit.
• Use cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any other method to artificially inflate referral counts.
• Promote Edge Audit on gambling or illegal content websites.
• Claim commission on accounts you control, operate, or have a financial interest in.

7. Responsible Gambling Compliance

Edge Audit is a data analytics tool only and does not facilitate gambling. All affiliate marketing must:

• Clearly disclose that Edge Audit is an analytics tool, not a gambling operator.
• Not make claims that using Edge Audit guarantees betting profits.
• Include responsible gambling messaging if your content is directed at or likely to reach problem gamblers.
• Comply with all applicable laws and advertising standards in your jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Edge Audit's approved logos, brand assets, and marketing copy solely for the purpose of promoting the Program. You may not alter, distort, or create derivative works from any Edge Audit brand assets without written permission.

9. Disclosure Requirements

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with Edge Audit in all content where affiliate links are used, in accordance with FTC guidelines (or equivalent regulations in your jurisdiction). Acceptable disclosures include statements such as: "This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you sign up."

10. Term and Termination

• This Agreement begins when you register and is ongoing until terminated.
• Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with 7 days' written notice.
• Edge Audit may immediately terminate your participation for violation of any term of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or conduct that damages our brand or reputation.
• Upon termination, all pending commissions for confirmed, non-refunded referrals will be paid at the next regular payout cycle. Future recurring commissions will cease.

11. Modifications

Edge Audit reserves the right to modify the commission rate, cookie window, payout terms, or any other aspect of this Agreement at any time with 30 days' notice via email. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

Edge Audit's total liability to you under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Edge Audit is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
